Zac: "I find it weird when fans scream at us because they want to meet us."

Isaac: "We wanted to be a Boyz 2 Men/Ace of Base type of group where we can sing harmony and dance."

Taylor: "Think about how many times you say 'weird'."

Isaac: "I admit most of our songs are about girl's but we haven't got any."

Taylor: "A lot of the time what happens when you're working with other songwriters is you both bring ideas for songs and you work on either one or both your ideas."

Taylor: "The MmmBop video was all of our ideas, twisted together."

Zac:"I think everybody's tired of being sad."

Taylor: "I think it's really amazing that people all over the world have gotten to hear the music and they like it. It's really an awesome feeling to know that."

Zac: "We would make up simple tunes to guitar and sing around the table."

Isaac: "My mom showed me three cords on the keyboard(C,F, and G). So, with those chords we started writing songs."

Taylor: "Music can't be about the fame or the money or any of that stuff. You really have to love it."

Zac:"How can we break-up? We're brothers!"

Taylor: "Music was unavoidable in our house."

Isaac: "I caught Tay snoozing at the recording studio."

Taylor: "We read our fan mail whenever we can. We really love reading the mail!"

Zac:"I guess I'm a natural drummer."

Taylor: "Our family's ethnic background is Danish. That explains our love for LEGO!"

Taylor: "You have to like yourself before you can do anything!"

Isaac: "Girls are definetly something we think about a lot."

Taylor: "It's great to be good friends with your brothers. Then you've got friends for life!"

Isaac: "Jessica will see girls freaking out when they meet us and she'll say 'Girls are weird, why do they do that?'"

Taylor: "There's a whole package...three brothers who enjoy hanging out with each other, who love what they are doing. That's just who we are.We're just normal guy's having fun.

Taylor: "What better job could you possibly have than to be in a band your whole life?"

Zac:"We are always running off to Los Angeles or wherever to record albums,make video's and perform."

Isaac: "We don't want to be the next Partridge Family.Right now we're focusing on the music."

Taylor: "You have to know what you want and keep going for it."

Taylor:"All these screaming guy's and girl's- you just have to have fun with it."

Zac:"Our parents didn't push us into this.It was our thing."

Isaac: "Hanson is three brothers who love making music."

Zac:"We're experiencing new people and new cultures.Things like London Dungeons and the Tower Of London History Ride- how many history teachers would die to be able to send their class to London?"

Taylor: "It was cool because we got to write with some incredible people, but it was very weird because we've always done it by ourselves."

Taylor :"If I saw a band like us the first thing I would say was, 'FAKE!They're put together, they don't write their own songs!'"

Isaac:"I'm definetely very goofy."

Taylor: "We still share a small bedroom, we're not spoiled, and we don't have loads of money."

Zac: "Having fans wait hours and hours to see you, that is pretty awesome to think people would wanna see you that much."

Taylor: "Zac, you'd make a cute girl."

Taylor: "Bands don't lose their hearing because of the music but because of the audience."

Taylor: "It's really weird getting phone calls and people going "I love you, I love you."

Taylor: "Zac, you're retarded"

Zac:"Jellybeans, mmm!"

Taylor:"People ask us if there's girls we write about and there's actually  not. We just dream about them!"

Zac: "We're regular kids!"

Zac: "I want to stay in Oklahoma because it's kind of a cool place to go back to."

Zac: "I bang on things."

Isaac: "Just like styles change, music changes."

Taylor: "Kids don't hate their parents as much as they did two years ago."

Zac: "We've always been close."

Isaac: "We're interested in doing movies."

Taylor: "I tap on tables all the time, I can't stop. I like to drum all the time. My brothers keep saying 'Tay, shut up', But I can't."

Taylor: "We want to say right now that we're not going to put out Hanson dolls..."

Taylor: "You go to a foreign country and hear'blah,blah,blah Hanson,blah,blah. It's weird!"

Zac: "They need to invent portable washing machines...I miss clean clothes."

Isaac: "It's an incredible oppurtunity, but at the same time you start to miss home."

Taylor: "It's really amazing to think, yesterday I was in Indonesia; today I'm in Canada...we' ve been all over Asia all over Europe. A lot of people never get to do that."

Taylor: People think of us as stars and we don't think we're stars at all, not even for a second!" -

Zac: "I think it's totally awesome that people want to talk to us. I just think it's so cool that people like us. Really."

Zac: "Peace,love, and bulletproof marshmellows!"

Taylor: "Along the line of creation, everything evolves."

Isaac: "Hanson is three brothers, and we love making music."

Zac: "Actually, I had to beat the crap out of Ike the other day."

Isaac: "It wasn't quite MMMMMMbop, and it wasn't quite Mmbop, it was Mmmbop....just looked good, three Ms and a bop."

Taylor: "We wrote a lullaby for our little brother. It woke him up."

Isaac: "Taylor's very good at being sneaky."

Zac: "I bit my finger and it came off!"

Taylor:"No, I'm not a girl, and no, I will not pull down my pants to prove it." -

Taylor: "There's a weird fact that if you dropped a penny off of the Empire State Building in New York City, you'd kill someone. I feel really bad, 'cause I dropped a nickle off it once." -

Zac: "I've never kissed a girl, but I often think about it."

Taylor: "Girls can scream at us if they want. We could get used to it. Hey, we could even learn to love it."

Zac: "I draw cartoons all the time. When I get upset, I scribble too fast."

Taylor: "When we first started out, Zac had some old drums that wouldn't stay still, and they would roll around stage. That was pretty funny!"

Zac:  "We play baseball....and instead of using a bat, I use my head."

Isaac: "Some people make fun of Hanson. But you know what? I don't give a rip."

Taylor: "If music is what you do, and you love it, why would you be sad?"

Zac: "Ike is a girl charmer. He'll always say nice things to girls. It's just something he does." -

Isaac: "It's just so cool that all these people are dancing and clapping to your music." -

Isaac: A lot of our songs are really just created. You know, imagination."

Zac: "I'm not that great a drummer, but everyone says I can play, so I'll take their word for it." -

Isaac: "We were always doing what we loved to do. We weren't worrying about what other bands were doing. We do what we do. And they do what they do. That's the way of the world."

Taylor: "There was always singing going around and music in our house. We just naturally started writing songs."

Taylor: "Our parent's didn't push us into this. This was our thing."

"Zac: All these screaming girls and guys going crazy, you just have to have fun with it." -

Isaac: "It's a ton of fun to perform."

Isaac: "We just want to keep doing our music whether we sell one record or one million."

Taylor: "It's cool to have people respond to you."

Zac: "Just think of us as old guys with high voices."

Taylor: "Fame? We get both sides- the 'Oh I hate you guys, you stink' side, and the 'You guys are so awesome'. The positive outweighs the negative by far."

Taylor:  "We're gonna get really drunk... on Dr. Pepper."

Zac : "I wanna buy everyone in the world a puppy!"

Taylor:  We'll read about Notre Dame, and then go to Paris to see it."

Taylor: "Everything changes."

Isaac: "Girls definatly don't have cooties."

Isaac: " The funny thing is, all this can go as fast as it came. We're just having fun with it."

Isaac: "I'm a romantic fool - I always end up getting hurt."

Taylor: "It's a little more strange than weird. We just liked the sound of 'weird' better."

Zac: "We're the long haired guys that look like girls."

Taylor: "Isaac's the hopeless romantic of the group, I'm the professional and Zac's just mad."

Taylor: "We get along pretty well. We're not like Oasis. We don't fight all the time."

Taylor: "Part of what Hanson is, is that there's not just one guy who sings. Having three voices is what makes us Hanson."

Taylor: "It's not like we're these child geniuses who woke up one morning suddenly able to write good songs."

Taylor: "Zac is the funny one, the crazy one, the insane one. He's very cool onstage. He's also got some sad, deep songs where you go, 'How old is he?' "

Zac: "I'm scared I might be tempted to get a nose job!"

Zac: "I don't tend to get girls as fans. I just get all the young guys and weirdos." -

Zac: "When I saw the video on MTV, I didn't recognise myself! I really thought I was some girl."

Zac: "We met the Spice Girls and we really liked them. Geri's quite small without her platform shoes on. I'll probably out-grow her in a few months time!"

Taylor: "If there's a girl who's a fan and she's a bit crazy, you are not going to go out with her."

Isaac: "We've met a lot of really good friends who were fans to begin with and you can tell when fans are so obsessed with you that they wouldn't be able to concentrate on getting to know you. It's not hard to figure that out."

Taylor: "I tap on everything, all the time. It annoys people." -

Taylor: "We get a laugh from dropping waterbombs out of windows. It's innocent fun and we don't mean anything by it."

Taylor :"That's the coolest thing - seeing people react when you play live."

Taylor: "We're not doing this because we want girls to scream at us . . . but they can scream if they want!"

Zac: "When we first started playing instruments, we weren't doing very much - just simple stuff. Bang, bang, bang!!"

Taylor: "Sometimes it feels like the girls aren't screaming at us.

Taylor: They're screaming at some band called Hanson they saw on TV."

Isaac: "I used to be the goofiest, and then Zac just kind of took over."

Isaac: "We started doing two part harmony, then three part and then we added back up tapes and instruments"

Isaac: "We love to make music, we love doing what we're doing. We love where we are and we want to keep doind that in our lives."

Isaac: "It's incredible to think your song could be in the top 40. There's nothing to say but, wow!"

Isaac: "In all kinds of ways.'MMMBop' was written over a period of year, We were writing about our lives and our girlfriends leaving us before we could even care, you know?"

Isaac: "We're allowed to date, but the girlfriend thing porbably wouldn't be a good idea, a girl would probably not want to deal with me."

Isaac: "It would be important for someone to understand how much our music means to us, our music comes first right now-and hopefully forever."

Isaac: "Zac's almost schizophrenic."

Zac: "Usually when Tay has his moments, it's late at night and everyone is tired."

Zac: "I think it's probably actually that I'm so shy that I just act wacky to make up."

Zac: "I'm still looking for a girlfriend, I just don't think I've met the right one yet. Maybe someday...."

Zac: "Girl's are just icing on the cake, or music is like a hot dog, and girls are the condiments, or life is a Twinkie, and girls are the sticky white stuff inside."

Zac: "We were writing songs about girls when we still thought girls had cooties."

Taylor: "Let's face it, we're going to be old for longer than we're going to be young, so we may as well make the most of it." -

Taylor: "All these screaming girls and guys going crazy. You just have to have fun with it."-

Taylor: "I think it was just a natural proggresion, 'cause we were always singing. Our parents would go out and ask us to do the dishes and they'd come back and we wouldn't have done the dishes, but we'd have written a song. We didn't think about it, it just happened."

Taylor: "Last year we dressed a Barbie doll up as an angel and stuck her on top of the tree. It looked a bit painful fo her, ha ha!"

Taylor: "When I was little I couldn't care less about girls, I just wanted to throw tomatoes and stuff at them."

Taylor: "It's always nice to be able to come back somewhere that's home. Even though New York and L.A. and all those different places are cool, I think Oklahoma is family."

Zac: "I'm not that great of a drummer, but everybody says I can play, so I'll take their word for it."

Isaac: "Even though being a kid is kind of a carefree sort of thing for the most part, I guess there are definitely a lot of things that stick in kids' minds."

Taylor: "Put it this way. We got the drums and the instruments and a week later we played live. But that doesn't mean we were good when we played, it just means we got out there and did it."

Isaac: "Let's see, I missed out on getting dumped by about ten million girls, getting beat up by bullies, and peer pressure."

Taylor: "Italy is really cool, for the girls and for the food."

Zac:"I don't usually have dreams. I'm too busy sleeping to dream."

Isaac: "It would be wrong for me to have a girlfriend in this point in time because I'm ,like, gone all the time. My lifestyle is pretty crazy, often girls end up as friends instead of girlfriends." -

Taylor: "I don't have a girlfriend yet but if you live life, you meet girls.That's pretty basic."

Zac: "What's the point of getting a girlfriend when your like 11 or 12? I like girls but I've still got a few years to go before I have to worry about all that slushy stuff."

Taylor: "Zac's the drummer so he'll go, 'I'm the drummer. I'll do whatever I want.' So he'll speed us up, slow us down whatever he wants to do."
